Okroshka with smoked chicken

- 2 cucumbers,
- 8 pieces of radish,

Preparation:
- Cut the boiled and cooled potatoes.
- Cut the eggs into quarters.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Cut the cucumber into cubes, radish into circles, chop the greens.
- Combine potatoes, cucumbers, radishes, herbs, meat, salt and pepper.
- Pour kvass, put the okroshka in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Before serving, arrange the eggs on plates and add sour cream.
Spicy okroshka with shrimp
The originality and sharpness of the taste of seafood is given by one secret ingredient.
Ingredients:
- 150 g of shrimp,
- 2 eggs,
- 2 potatoes,
- 2 cucumbers,
- 1 bunch of green onions,
- 2 cups of kefir,
- 1 cup of mineral water,
- 1 tablespoon mustard,
- pepper mixture to taste,
- salt to taste,
- ice.
Preparation:
- Cook the eggs and potatoes until tender and cool.
- Pour boiled and frozen shrimp with boiling water and leave for 5 minutes, and then drain the water, clean and cool.
- Cut the potatoes, egg whites and cucumbers into cubes.
- Chop the green onions.
- Rub the yolks with mustard.
- Pour the okroshka into the plates, add the shrimp, a spoonful of yolks, a couple of ice cubes and serve immediately.
Cheese okroshka recipe
A light dietary version of cold soup with a pleasant milk-cheese taste. And no meat!
Ingredients
- 1 liter of serum,
- 50 g of hard cheese,
- 2 potatoes,
- 3 slices of white bread,
- 1 bunch of green onions,
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream,
- ground black pepper to taste,
- salt to taste.
Preparation:
- Boil the potatoes, cool them and cut them into cubes.
- Cut the bread into cubes and dry it in a frying pan.
- Chop the green onions.
- Rub the cheese on a medium grater.
- Mix the whey with sour cream.
- Season the potatoes, cheese and onion with salt, pepper and mix.
- Pour the okroshka with whey and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Pour on plates, sprinkle with crackers and serve immediately.
