Ingredients:

• Eggs – 8 pcs.
• Milk – 1 cup
• Spinach – 150 g
• Butter for greasing the mold – 10 g
• Salt, pepper, spices – to taste.

• Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method

1. Cut the onion into cubes, finely chop the spinach and mint leaves. Rub the cheese on a medium grater.
2. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, add sour cream, spinach, mint and mix thoroughly with a fork. 
3. Fry the onion in a pan with butter until transparent. 
4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
5. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes over low heat.

Ingredients:

• Eggs — 12 pcs.
• Spinach — 150 g
• Cherry tomatoes-400 g

• Olive oil — 2 tbsp.
• Butter — 20 g
• Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

1. Cut the cherry tomatoes into two halves, and finely coat the spinach, green onion, and parsley.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and simmer the cherry tomatoes for 2 minutes. Remove the tomatoes from the pan and set aside.
3. Pour the green onions into the pan and fry, stirring, until soft. 
4. Add a little spinach leaves, lightly grind and send to the pan. Simmer, stirring, until the leaves are reduced in volume. 
5. Remove the spinach and onion from the heat, cool slightly and add the grated Parmesan cheese.
6. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt and pepper. Add sour cream and milk and mix thoroughly. 
7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
8. Brush the baking dish with butter. Put the tomatoes, then spinach and onion and pour the egg mixture.
9. Bake for 15 minutes until the frittata is fully cooked.
10. Before serving, sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
