Soup with lentils and sorrel
Ingredients:
- Sorrel-bunch
- Green lentils-3/4 cup
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Potatoes-3-4 pieces.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
- Bay leaf - 2-3 leaves
- Dill, parsley-a couple of sprigs
- Butter - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Cooking method
- Wash the lentils well, fill them with water and put them on the fire. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
- While the lentils are cooking, peel and cover the potatoes and add them to the lentil soup.
- Chop the onion finely and grate the carrots. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and butter and fry the carrots and onions.
- Wash and slice the sorrel well. Cover the greens.
- When the lentils and potatoes are cooked, add the fried onions with carrots, sorrel. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, bay leaf, herbs and turn off the heat.
- Cover the pan with a lid and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Sorrel and cabbage soup
Ingredients:
- Meat (pork, beef) - 500 g
- Sorrel-puchek
- Young cabbage - 300 g
- Potatoes-3-4 pieces.
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
- Dill and parsley-a couple of sprigs
- Bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.
- Allspice - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste.
Cooking method
- Prepare a broth of meat.
- Cover the potatoes and onions, chop the cabbage, rub the carrots on a large grater. Wash the sorrel and herbs well and cover them.
- Add potatoes to the boiling meat broth.
- Fry the onion and carrot in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato paste and a little broth to the roast and simmer for a few minutes.
- When the potatoes are cooked in the soup, add the cabbage, sorrel, and roast. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the herbs, allspice and bay leaf. Turn off the fire. Cover with a lid and let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Cooking method
- Fill the chicken with water, salt and put it on the fire. When the broth boils, add the rice.
- Cover the potatoes and add them to the broth after 20 minutes.
- Cover the onion and grate the carrots on a large grater and fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan.
- Wash sorrel and tires.
