Justin Baldoni created a website dedicated to the conflict with Blake Lively, and published a fragment of correspondence with the actress, hinting at flirting on her part
The conflict between 41-year-old Justin Baldoni and 37-year-old Blake Lively, which began with the actress accusing her colleague of harassment, continues to flare up and acquire new details. It became known that Justin created an entire website dedicated to the upcoming trial.
The portal has so far published two documents filed with the court: an amended complaint and a 168-page “chronology of relevant events.” It is this chronology that is of greatest interest to the public, since it contains new fragments of Baldoni’s personal correspondence with Blake and her husband, 48-year-old Ryan Reynolds.
One of these fragments caused a particular stir in society. In it, Blake and Justin discuss a scene from the film “It Ends With Us,” which was filmed on a rooftop. This scene had to be edited. At one point, Lively sent Baldoni (who directed the film and played the lead role in it) the following message: “If you had known me (personally) longer, you would have realized how flirty and delicious flirting can be. This is my love language. Spicy and playfully sassy, but not with teeth.”
The wording used by the actress seemed contradictory to many. Firstly, it does not correspond to the words of Blake herself, who claims that Baldoni constantly rewrote the script on his own initiative, adding more and more explicit scenes to it. Secondly, this message fits into one of the popular versions of the reasons for the conflict, according to which Lively herself flirted with Justin, and her husband did not like it, which is why everything allegedly developed into a harassment case. However, many did not see anything in the message other than a discussion of a work issue.
The public was also interested in Baldoni’s correspondence with Reynolds. One of the messages that Ryan sent to the director reads: “I’m glad that you two will be working together. I’m so excited for Blake to open his creative treasury with such a dynamic person like you. It’s going to be incredible! I adore you, Justin.”
Recall that the scandal around the filming of the movie “It Will End With Us” erupted after Blake Lively accused Justin Baldoni of inappropriate behavior. According to her, Baldoni showed her a photo of his naked wife, admitted to porn addiction, often improvised during the filming of intimate scenes and insisted on takes, and also came to Blake in the dressing room when she was naked. Justin responded by accusing Lively and Reynolds of extortion, invasion of privacy and the desire to “destroy” his reputation.
