Lisa Rinna's Kylie Jenner Halloween costume fooled Kylie herself
Lisa Rinna spent Halloween as a 29-year-old, and she pulled it off so well that Kylie Jenner did a double take on her own face. The 63-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum recreated the orange Chrome Hearts look Jenner wore with Timothée Chalamet at the Marty Supreme premiere, debuting it as a celebrity judge on Live with Kelly and Mark's Oct. 30 Halloween episode.
The costume was a backless orange dress with cutouts and a cross-shaped jewel at the front, finished with a chunky cross necklace and a long straight brunette wig. "You know, I love to dress up," Rinna said on the episode. "This is not typical. You know, I aged way down for this."
She credited the full transformation to her glam squad and poked a little fun at the gap between Lisa Rinna and Kylie Jenner. "I mean, I know Lisa's fabulous, but... it's Kylie," she said. "I have very good people. I have the best. Luckily, I'm able to afford the very best. And, you know, they just do a very natural look. It's very natural and understated."
Kylie's reaction
Jenner's reaction is the part that seals the whole thing. "Thought this was me," she wrote on Instagram, where Rinna posted the look with the caption "King Lisa." Her daughters were just as thrown, with Delilah Belle commenting "Wait this is good." Dorinda Medley, Rinna's fellow Traitors alum, added "Thought it was her for a second," while Busy Philipps wrote "This is so so good."
Rinna joined executive producer Michael Gelman on the show as a guest judge for its costume contest, but the hosts made clear the whole thing would have earned 10s across the board if she had been competing. Between the wig, the cutouts and Kylie's own stamp of approval, it is about as close to a dead ringer as Halloween gets.
