An insider revealed the condition Jessica Biel set for Justin Timberlake to save their marriage.

An insider told the Daily Mail that 45-year-old singer Justin Timberlake will have to give up drinking and abandon plans to reunite his band NSYNC in order to save his family with Jessica Biel after an incident with police last year.

Last year, during The Forget Tomorrow World tour, Justin was arrested by New York police for drunk driving. The news quickly spread across global media, and to avoid punishment, Timberlake was forced to accept a plea bargain: a $500 fine, 25 hours of community service, and a 90-day driver's license suspension.

After this, according to insiders, his relationship with his wife, actress Jessica Biel, noticeably deteriorated. A source close to the couple said: "Justin and Jessica's marriage is in trouble. His last tour was a near-disaster, his acting career has taken a nosedive, while Jessica is working on one project after another as an actress and producer."

According to insiders, Jessica has long tolerated Timberlake's neglect of the family, and is now "almost at her breaking point." Now she's set a condition for her husband: he must abandon the reunion of NSYNC, the group Justin was a part of in the '90s. Insiders say Jessica wants her husband to "focus on their future."

The tour was expected to restore Timberlake's former popularity, but tickets to his concerts weren't selling as well as he had hoped. After half the shows, it became clear the tour had failed.
