The 33-year-old rapper was photographed in New York City ahead of the presentation of her new hair care line. For the outing, she chose a brown polka-dot dress from the French brand Rowen Rose, complementing the outfit with a similar hairband and pointed-toe stilettos. However, fans noticed changes in Cardi's appearance: many noted that the artist began to look younger and "cuter," suggesting that she had a facelift. Some, however, thought that Cardi looked "puffy" and concluded that she overused Botox.

It's worth noting that Cardi B has made no secret of her repeated plastic surgery. She previously revealed that she had breast and buttock augmentation in her youth, as well as several liposuction procedures. Experts believe the singer may also have undergone rhinoplasty and cheiloplasty (lip surgery).

Last fall, Cardi became a mother for the fourth time. The rapper gave birth to a son with her boyfriend, football player Stefon Diggs.
