An insider has revealed details of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey's upcoming wedding.
An insider close to Taylor Swift shared with the Daily Mail the first details of the singer's upcoming wedding to American football player Travis Kelce.
In August 2025, 36-year-old singer Taylor Swift told her Instagram followers* that after two years of dating, her boyfriend, 36-year-old athlete Travis Kelce, had proposed. The singer then showed off her engagement ring, which experts estimated to be a 13-carat diamond.
Swift began dating Travis Kelsey in 2023, and the couple kept their relationship under wraps at first. Prior to this relationship, the singer had previously dated Joe Jonas, Taylor Lautner, John Mayer, Harry Styles, Jake Gyllenhaal, Connor Kennedy, Tom Hiddleston, Calvin Harris, and others. After two years of dating, Travis proposed.
Since the proposal, Taylor and Travis have been preparing for their wedding, which, according to insiders, will take place very soon. The singer is keeping the exact date under wraps for fear of it leaking to the press, but the couple's representatives have already contacted all guests and asked them not to make any plans until the NFL season starts in September.
It's already known that the celebration will be held indoors. After Taylor attended Benny Blanco and Selena Gomez's September 2025 wedding, which took place outdoors near the Sea Crest Nursery mansion, she said that everything would definitely be different from Selena's. At the same time, Taylor and Travis decided to have the biggest wedding possible. As the singer herself joked on The Graham Norton Show: "Everyone I've ever spoken to is going to get an invite."
However, some people won't be invited to this grand wedding. According to an insider, Taylor doesn't want to invite her close friend Blake Lively after she dragged her into a legal battle with Justin Baldoni. And although Taylor has forgiven her friend, she doesn't want to share this joyful moment with her.
As a reminder, in late 2024, Blake Lively filed a lawsuit against her co-star in the film "It Ends With Us," Justin Baldoni. The actress accused his colleague of harassment, inappropriate behavior on set, and attempting to defame her. In response, Baldoni published a text message exchange with Blake Lively in which the actress threatened to have Taylor Swift intervene on her behalf. Justin's side demanded that the singer testify in court. However, Taylor quickly distanced herself from the proceedings: her team issued a statement stating that "the singer was never present on set, was not involved in casting or creative decisions, did not write music for the film, and did not see any edits of the film before its release." The trial between Baldoni and Lively is scheduled to begin on May 14, 2026.
