Jessica Alba gave ex-husband Cash Warren half of her movie royalties.
In her divorce from Cash Warren, Jessica Alba lost half of her royalties and earnings from the films she starred in during their marriage, TMZ reports.
On February 12, 44-year-old actress Jessica Alba officially divorced 47-year-old producer Cash Warren. The couple's divorce proceedings lasted a year: the actress filed for divorce in February 2025. As a result of their separation after 16 years of marriage, the actress was left without half of her earnings from her highly successful films. The exact amount is not disclosed, but Alba earned between $1 and $2 million for "Sin City: A Dame to Kill For" alone.
TMZ reporters obtained the couple's property settlement agreement. According to the document, Alba received the furniture currently in her apartment, clothing, and jewelry. She also retained her Audi Q6 E-tron, 2025 and 2026 Kia Sportage, and funds from several family bank accounts.
The couple will split shares equally in Popchips, WeWork, Hopscout, Sona Labs, and Telly Inc. Cash and Jessica will also split furniture from their former marital home, an art collection, and airline miles.
Cash will not pay child support for their three children: 17-year-old Honor Marie, 14-year-old Haven Garner, and eight-year-old Hayes. Instead, the producer's ex-wife, Alba, will have to pay him $3 million to "balance the financial situation." Cash will also receive half of Jessica's shares in The Honest Company, with restricted rights to sell.
Moreover, according to the agreement, Cash Warren now owns 50% of the royalties and fees for projects in which Alba participated during the marriage: among them the super-successful series "The Office", in which the actress appeared in a cameo role, the blockbusters "Little Fokkers", "Spy Kids 4: All the Time in the World", "Sin City: A Dame to Kill For" and other films.
As a reminder, when Jessica met Cash Warren in 2004, he was working as an assistant director for Tim Story, while Alba was already a successful actress with a dozen projects under her belt. During their marriage, Alba founded the eco-friendly products brand The Honest Company. Thanks to the company's financial success, Jessica even appeared on the cover of Forbes magazine in 2015. In 2016, the same publication ranked her 34th on Forbes' list of the richest US entrepreneurs under 40. At the time, her net worth was estimated at $200 million.
After splitting from Cash Warren last year, Jessica began dating actor Danny Ramirez. The couple attended a Vanity Fair party together, and Warren has been spotted with model Hana San-Doerr on numerous occasions.
