Alain Delon's youngest son has again filed a lawsuit against his sister over his father's will.
The youngest son of the late Alain Delon, Alain-Fabien Delon, filed a lawsuit in a Swiss court against his sister Anoushka over his father's will.
"I insist on disinheriting my sister. I don't want her to touch any of the inheritance, not a single cent," Alain-Fabien declared on RTL radio. He is certain his father lost his sense of self back in 2019 after his first stroke, and several doctors have confirmed this.
He noted, however, that the issue was not about money, but about fulfilling his father's last will: "Some people with bad intentions were able to take advantage of my father's fortune for financial purposes. In my opinion, this looks more like embezzlement or theft, which, of course, remains to be proven, but this is not an expression of my father's last will."
He also emphasized that he wasn't tarnishing his father's name with such legal proceedings. His father had already done so himself when he "criticized people of a different sexual orientation* and advocated for right-wingers": "I'm not tarnishing him. On the other hand, I could pass this on to my sister. After all, if we continue in this vein, wouldn't it ruin our image even more?"
Back in September, Alain-Fabien filed a lawsuit in a French court to invalidate his father's will. He believed the €50 million inheritance was divided unfairly: Anoushka received half of the entire fortune, while his sons received only 25% each. Alain-Fabien was particularly outraged that exclusive rights to his father's entire artistic legacy had passed to his sister. He claimed that Anoushka, who lived with Delon in his final years, may have exerted pressure on him. Interestingly, another of Alain Delon's sons, Anthony, had previously sued his sister, claiming that Anoushka was concealing their father's wealth and attempting to change the will in her favor.
As a reminder, renowned French actor Alain Delon died in August 2024. He had been seriously ill in recent years, diagnosed with cancer and Alzheimer's disease. In the spring of that year, a court appointed Alain Delon under guardianship and prohibited him from managing his own property. All of his income and property were transferred to the official guardian at the request of his children. They also alleged that his caregiver, Hiromi Rolland, who claimed to be Delon's lover, had abused their father.
