Millie Bobby Brown has accused David Harbour of bullying her amid the scandal surrounding his infidelity with Lily Allen.
Before filming began on the final season of "Stranger Things," Millie Bobby Brown, now 21, accused her co-star David Harbour of bullying. Harbour, 50, played a former police officer who adopted Millie's character.
According to the Daily Mail, the actress filed a complaint containing pages of accusations. Among other things, Millie alleged intimidation and harassment by Harbour. Sexual harassment was not included in the allegations. Regardless, Netflix was forced to conduct an internal investigation that lasted for months, but its results have not been disclosed.
The streaming service declined to respond to our questions. The Daily Mail, meanwhile, claims that Millie's official representative was always on set with her during the filming of the final episodes. As for Harbour, his then-wife, Lily Allen, warmly supported him during this period.
As a reminder, Lily and David separated earlier this year. Their divorce was acrimonious, with the singer accusing the actor of multiple infidelities. She recently released an entire album in which she described Harbour's mistresses and how he forced her to agree to an open marriage. It's worth noting that, due to the stress of the breakup, Lily even ended up in a psychiatric hospital. It's also worth noting that Harbour has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
A source told the Daily Mail that the Stranger Things team was upset that details of David's personal life were revealed on the eve of the final season. "Netflix will never comment on an internal investigation, but the fact that they didn't deny it speaks volumes. Stranger Things was made by Netflix. Millions of fans are eagerly awaiting the story's conclusion. No one wants to distract the public from that," the insider said.
