70-year-old John Travolta appeared in the company of his 24-year-old daughter Ella Blue. Bruce Willis, who also starred in the film, was unable to attend the screening because he was battling a serious illness: he was diagnosed with frontal lobe dementia. Instead, his wife Emma Hemming and daughter Tallulah, who came wearing a cap with her father's name, appeared at the event.
The film became the second full-length film by Quentin Tarantino. It was presented at the 1994 Cannes Film Festival, where it received the Palme d'Or, and after its premiere, the film earned $214 million at the box office, making its creator famous around the world.
According to the plot of the film, before the bandits, Vincent Vega and Jules Winfield have philosophical conversations in between showdowns and solving problems with the debtors of the crime boss Marcellus Wallace. Three stories are told in parallel. In the first story, Vincent spends an unforgettable evening with Marcellus' wife Mia (Uma Thurman). The second tells about the boxer Butch Coolidge, who was bought by Wallace to take the fight. In the third story, Vincent and Jules get into trouble by an absurd accident.
