Dina Saeva, recently suspected of having undergone another rhinoplasty, shared a photo after her nose surgery. The 26-year-old blogger also once again denied that she had undergone surgery to improve her appearance.

According to Saeva, she underwent the surgery because of a deviated septum, which prevented her from breathing normally. "I've lived my whole life feeling like I couldn't breathe normally. I'd gotten so used to it that I didn't even know what it felt like to breathe fully. I didn't have the surgery for aesthetic reasons," she stated on Instagram*.

Saeva previously said that her nose was only breathing at 10%.

Meanwhile, online speculation has it that Saeva has had rhinoplasty in the past. In late 2024, social media users also discussed the blogger's "goat chin" treatment. She denied this at the time.

Besides her nose job, internet users and experts often discuss other possible procedures Dina has undergone. Many speculate that the blogger has had her Bish's lumps removed and her lips and jawline reshaped. Rumors have also circulated that Saeva has had breast augmentation.

In the summer of 2023, rumors surfaced that Saeva was dating businessman Nikita Efremov**, and they soon confirmed their relationship. In late 2025, Efremov** was sentenced to three years' probation for financing extremist activity. Shortly before, he and Saeva stopped posting photos together on social media. Online, many believe the couple has broken up, but they have yet to confirm or deny the rumors.
