How do we cook?

1. Zucchini and onion should be grated on a coarse grater.
2. Squeeze the excess juice from the zucchini with your hands.
3. Mix the onion and zucchini, add the flour, add the milk, beat in the egg, season with salt and pepper and mix all the ingredients well.
4. Place the zucchini pancakes on a baking sheet, forming small pancakes with a spoon.
5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Ingredients:

• Zucchini - 2 pieces 
• Rice flour - 3 tbsp.
• Egg - 1 piece
• Dill-1/2 bunch
• Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
• Salt and pepper - to taste 

How do we cook?

1. Zucchini must be grated on a coarse grater, squeeze out excess water. 
2. Beat an egg to the zucchini. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the zucchini with the eggs. 
3. Add finely chopped dill. Add the rice flour and mix the pancake batter again.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Form the pancakes with a spoon.
5. Fry the pancakes on each side for about 4 minutes.

Pp zucchini fritters with feta cheese

Ingredients:

• Zucchini - 2 pieces 
• Feta cheese-150 g
• Eggs - 2 pieces
• Rice flour - 2 tbsp.
• Dill-1/2 bunch
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Olive oil - 2 tbsp.

How do we cook?

1. Zucchini must be grated on a coarse grater, squeeze out excess water.
2. Add the feta to the squeezed zucchini and mix.
3. Beat the eggs to the cheese and zucchini, mix again.
4. Season the zucchini with pepper, add finely chopped dill and flour.
5. In a preheated frying pan with oil, put a spoon of zucchini mass and form pancakes.
6. Fry the pancakes on both sides until browned (about 5 minutes on each side).
7. Blot the finished pancakes with a paper towel to remove any excess oil.

Serve zucchini pancakes with sour cream, and eat with pleasure.
