Khloe Kardashian Regrets Ozempic Didn't Come Out Earlier and She Had to Lose Weight Herself
Khloe Kardashian told Bustle that she regrets not having Ozempic, a diabetes drug that people are using en masse to lose weight, when she was trying to lose weight a few years ago.
"For the last three years, people have been telling me, 'You must have had surgery to lose so much weight.' And I'm like, 'What are you talking about? It's been a long journey!' I'm angry that [Ozempic] wasn't around 10 years ago," said Chloe, 40.
She noted, however, that she does not judge people who use weight loss drugs. "If people have surgery or [use] Ozempic, who cares! If they feel good, who am I to judge," Kardashian says.
However, Chloe admitted that her self-esteem has not improved with the weight loss. According to her, the slimmer her body became, the more self-doubt grew: "Because I am very hard on myself. It is a vicious cycle that you can't escape from."
"When I started losing weight, I was judged again. People were like, 'How dare you, you're so insecure, you're following society.' Ultimately, I realized that you can't make everyone happy. I have to do what's best for me," Kardashian added.
Khloe Kardashian has been struggling with excess weight for a long time. According to her, her figure began to change after her divorce from basketball player Lamar Odom, when she abandoned visits to a therapist and the gym. The reality star has also been accused of numerous plastic surgeries. Khloe herself (like her older sister Kim) denies that she has resorted to any manipulation of her own face. At the same time, the star admits that in some photos she looks completely different from how she looks in real life, and all this is thanks to her love of makeup.
