Milla Jovovich shared rare photos with her mother Galina Loginova in honor of her birthday

Milla Jovovich congratulated her mother, Soviet actress Galina Loginova, on her 74th birthday. The star of "The Fifth Element" posted footage from the family celebration on her Instagram*.
48-year-old Milla arranged a festive dinner for Galina in one of the Asian restaurants, which was also attended by the star's husband Paul Anderson. Jovovich dedicated a touching post to her mother with joint photos.
"Happy birthday to my amazing mom! You did everything in your power to raise me well and teach me what you know and how to navigate the world. You have always been a source of strength in our family and continue to be. We all love you so much! I love you, Mommy! Happy birthday to one of the best women and mothers in the world!" Milla wrote. Galina Loginova's granddaughters, Ever, Dashiell, and Oshin, were not at the party.
Milla Jovovich's mother, Galina Loginova, was born in Tuapse to a military family. Later, she moved with her parents to Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, and went to school there (according to some sources, Galina was born in Dnepropetrovsk — Ed.). The actress graduated from VGIK and became famous for her roles in the films "Shadows Vanish at Noon", "Much Ado About Nothing", "Fairfax Millions". In 1975, in Kyiv, she gave birth to a daughter, Milla, from her husband, Bogdan Jovovich, for whose relationship she was persecuted by the KGB. In 1981, Galina left the USSR and lived with her husband and daughter in London, and then they moved to California.
