Kendall Jenner talks about impostor syndrome and the joys of life without children in an interview with Vogue
Kendall Jenner, who will soon celebrate 10 years of her modeling career, has become the heroine of the new issue of Vogue magazine.
On the cover of the glossy magazine she starred in a Chanel top and skirt, and on the pages of the magazine the model appeared in a variety of outfits from famous brands: Ralph Lauren, Jacquemus, Hermès, Miu Miu, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta, Valentino and others. The shoot was photographed by fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, with styling by Tabitha Simmons. 
In an interview with the publication, Kendall spoke about what she had to face during her already quite impressive career. According to the model, the fame she gained thanks to filming the TV show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians”, of course, helped her take her first steps in the industry, but at the same time provoked hate against her and contributed to prejudice.
“Few people believed in me when I started. Online, haters constantly wrote that I couldn’t cope, and it was very difficult. But I like to be pleasantly surprised. In a way, it even motivates me. Moreover, fashion is constantly changing. When I got into this business, there were practically no girls in it who were known for any other merit. Except that Cara Delevingne was known outside the world of modeling. She opened that door for me and a lot has changed since then. Nowadays you can see various influencers at fashion shows,” Jenner said.
However, she admitted that she still sometimes suffers from impostor syndrome: “I think: “Wait, is this really happening to me? What did I do to deserve this? According to Kendall, someone once told her that anxiety cannot exist in gratitude, and since then it has helped her cope with stress: “I consider myself one of the luckiest girls in the world and I appreciate everyone who shows me interest. But at the same time, sometimes I sit and think: “God, I’m so ordinary.”
Kendall has been anxious since childhood, and soon after she started modeling, she started having panic attacks again. As therapy, Jenner tries to remember more often about herself as a little girl and do something good for this child. For example, she rides horses because she really liked it as a child, and she also hangs pictures of herself as a child in the bathroom and sometimes talks to them: “If someone treated me badly and I took it to heart, I go to this girl and tell her that I won’t let this happen to her again.” 
Kendall believes that in today's times, 10 years in modeling is far from the end of a career. Jenner admires her colleagues who are 40 or older and still working: “I look at people like the beautiful Cindy Crawford or the beautiful Christy Turlington and see that they are still gorgeous and still enjoy their work. This is very inspiring.”
Still, Kendall, who turned 28 last year, feels like she's approaching a new stage in her life. According to her, she has begun a certain period of transformation, and it is emotionally exhausting. But for now the model does not plan to radically change her life. Let us remember that Kendall is the only one of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters who does not yet have children. And that won't change anytime soon. “There are times when I look at my sisters and think, “What they have is something special.” I like that I'm a little away from it, but maybe one day it'll be my turn. I used to think that I would definitely become a mother by the age of 27, but now I’m already over 27, but I still feel so young. “I enjoy the freedom that comes from not having children,” the model admitted.
