Zendaya pairs Maison Margiela tabi wedges with a 1999 Prada duster in Paris

The wedges turned up during a shopping stop at Merci, the Paris concept store, where the actor "zhuzed up a classic look," per Vogue. Her base was as straightforward as it gets: light-wash jeans and a crisp white shirt.
The real statement was the top layer, a black leather Prada duster from fall 1999. With its tough, Matrix-era finish, the coat demanded a shoe that could keep pace; the tabi wedge was the answer.
