An insider claims Jessica Biel is considering divorce from Justin Timberlake.

Actress Jessica Biel wants a divorce from her husband, singer Justin Timberlake. "She's tired of it. He's never home, and she's always looking after the kids. Plus, she doesn't want to be publicly embarrassed anymore," an insider close to the actress told the Daily Mail.

The couple's problems began after a controversial incident in which Timberlake was arrested on a New York street for drunk driving. To shield their private life from the public eye, the couple moved from their Los Angeles mansion to a house in the mountains of Montana. They wanted to focus on raising their children: 11-year-old Silas and five-year-old Phineas. However, according to an insider, Justin missed out on this opportunity to strengthen their family relationship.

Timberlake now spends most of his time away from home, and details of his parties with friends regularly appear on social media, while Biel spends all his free time with his children. That's why Jessica recently reportedly told her husband that she's very tired, and if he doesn't improve soon, she'll leave.

As a reminder, Timberlake completed The Forget Tomorrow World Tour in 2024–2025 in support of his album Everything I Thought It Was. The tour was billed in the press as a high-profile return to show business. However, the start of the tour was marked by the release of a memoir by Timberlake's ex-girlfriend, Britney Spears, in which she recounted how Timberlake pressured her to have an abortion early in their relationship, followed by the drunk driving incident. As a result, many of the musician's fans ignored his performances due to the scandals. Those who did attend the concerts concluded that Justin wasn't at his best, so by the middle of the tour, it became clear the tour had "failed." All of this is said to have put a strain on the couple's relationship.
