Lindsay Lohan's stepmother was arrested for a fight with the actress's father.
Lindsay Lohan's 44-year-old former stepmother, Kate Lohan, has been arrested for assaulting the actress's father, Michael Lohan.
TMZ reporters obtained court documents revealing that the fight between the former spouses occurred when Michael arrived at Kate's house to take their sons, Landon and Logan, for a walk. After Michael rang the doorbell, Kate became aggressive because her ex-husband woke her up.
The court has already set the bail amount Katie must pay to be released: $35,000. Furthermore, Lohan will be prohibited from approaching her ex-husband.
As a reminder, Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael, first separated from the actress's mother, Dina Lohan, when Lindsay was just three years old. The actress's parents later reunited and finally separated in 2007. In the 2000s, Michael was convicted several times for business fraud.
Besides Lindsay, Michael has five children: four with Dina Lohan and two with Kate Lohan. Michael divorced his last wife, Kate, in 2018 after four years of marriage.
