40-year-old actress Ruby Rose has publicly accused Katy Perry of sexual assault that occurred 20 years ago, according to The Express Tribune. The "Orange Is the New Black" star wrote on her Threads* account that the actress had previously behaved inappropriately toward her: "Katy Perry sexually assaulted me at the Spice Market nightclub in Melbourne."
"I was in my early 20s. I'm 40 now. It took almost two decades to speak out about this publicly. Although I'm very grateful to have lived to see this moment and to have been able to speak out. It shows how powerful trauma and sexualized violence can be," Ruby Rose recalls.
