Orlando Bloom is indeed "secretly dating" 28-year-old Swiss model Louise Lemmel, with whom rumors of a romance began shortly after his split from Katy Perry, according to The Sun, citing a source close to the couple.
"Orlando and Louise have been secretly dating for several months. He lives in Los Angeles and she lives in New York, so they don't see each other very often. But there's definitely a spark between them," the tabloid quotes its sources as saying.
According to the outlet, they recently took a short vacation in Switzerland, where the 49-year-old actor allegedly met some of his girlfriend's friends and family. The couple reportedly stayed in a suite at the Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich, where rooms cost $18,000 per night. They then spent the weekend at the five-star Bürgenstock Hotel on Lake Lucerne.
"They became a real little family, and Orlando even took his miniature poodle with him on the trip," the portal's source said.
Bloom and Lemmel were first spotted together at the Super Bowl last February: the model arrived at the show arm in arm with the actor, and they weren't shy of the cameras. It's known that Louise has a degree in psychology and has worked for companies such as Calvin Klein, Maybelline, and YSL Beauty.
The couple's split came just over six months after Orlando split from Perry. They were together for nine years and are raising a five-year-old daughter, Daisy. Orlando also has a 15-year-old son, Flynn, from his marriage to Australian model Miranda Kerr.
As for 41-year-old Perry's personal life, she is currently dating former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
