Kylie Jenner's ex Travis Scott 'mocked' Timothée Chalamet after his Oscar loss
Online, 34-year-old rapper Travis Scott is believed to have mocked Timothée Chalamet's loss at the 2026 Oscars. Scott posted a photo of Michael B. Jordan, Chalamet's rival, who won Best Actor for his role in "The Sinners." Fans believe Scott was attempting to poke fun at Chalamet, who is currently dating Kylie Jenner, the rapper's ex-girlfriend, with whom he has two children.
However, there were also those who decided that Travis Scott was thus emphasizing the significance of Michael B. Jordan's victory for the African-American community: the actor became the sixth African-American Oscar winner in the 97 years of its existence.
Thirty-year-old Timothée Chalamet was nominated for Best Actor for his performance in "Marty Magnificent." This is the third Oscar nomination of his acting career, making Chalamet the youngest three-time nominee in history. Many attribute his loss to a recent scandal: the actor stated that "nobody cares" about opera and ballet, after which he was "canceled" in show business.
Incidentally, this isn't the first time Travis Scott has poked fun at Kylie's romance with Timothée. In his album Utopia, the rapper referenced the character Willy Wonka from Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Chalamet played Willy Wonka in the 2023 film adaptation.
As a reminder, Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner began dating in 2017 after meeting at Coachella. Their relationship developed rapidly: Kylie immediately went on tour with the rapper. The couple welcomed their daughter, Stormi, in 2018. After periodic breakups and reunions, they reunited in 2021, and in 2022, they welcomed their son, Air. They soon separated permanently, but continue to share parenting responsibilities, although the children spend most of their time with their mother.
The businesswoman is currently in a relationship with actor Timothée Chalamet. Their romance was announced in the spring of 2023. Fans long believed that Kylie and Timothée's relationship was nothing more than a publicity stunt orchestrated by her mother, Kris Jenner.
