Buryat actress Narana Erdyneeva is rumored to be dating Hong Kong billionaire Eric Fok's son.
Buryatia-born model and actress Naran Erdyneeva is rumored to be dating Eric Fok, the 43-year-old son of a Hong Kong billionaire. They were recently spotted on a joint trip to Italy.
A user of Xiaohongshu (a popular Chinese mobile app) shared a photo he claims to have taken of Fok and 29-year-old Erdyneeva, who he photographed waiting in line at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, The Standart reports.
The couple had previously been spotted together—they both attended Eric's younger brother's wedding, which took place last year in Yunnan Province. Media outlets also reported seeing them in Bali.
Eric is the middle of three sons of Timothy Fok (net worth: $830 million) and his ex-wife, Miss Hong Kong 1977, Loletta Chu. His grandfather, Henry Fok, was the seventh-richest person in Hong Kong with a net worth of $3.7 billion. Eric currently serves as vice president of the Fok Ying Tung Group, a conglomerate owned by the Fok family (the company is involved in investments, logistics, hospitality, tourism, and healthcare financing).
Narana Erdyneeva was born in Ulan-Ude. She studied at the Faculty of Social and Cultural Activities at the East Siberian State Institute of Culture. She began her modeling career at age 16 at a local agency. Thanks to her striking Middle Eastern appearance, she quickly gained international recognition. She worked in Japan, South Korea, and China. She appeared on the covers of Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, and Cosmopolitan, and was the face of advertising campaigns for major cosmetics brands (such as L'Oréal).
She made her entertainment debut in 2016 in a music video for Taiwanese pop star Jay Chou. Narana gained worldwide fame for her role as the werefox Daji in the Chinese fantasy blockbuster "Spirit Rising."
She currently lives in Beijing. She posts photos from fashion shows and occasionally childhood snapshots on her social media. In one, a young Narana is being held by her father against a backdrop of birch trees and a wooden house. In another, she's standing at a school assembly with a graduation ribbon.
