Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban officially divorce: details of the settlement
Nicole Kidman has officially divorced Keith Urban after 19 years of marriage, Page Six reports. The publication also learned details of the former spouses' divorce agreement.
According to court documents, neither Kidman nor Urban have demanded child support from each other for their children, 17-year-old Sunday Rose and 15-year-old Faith Margaret. The justification given is that both parents' monthly income exceeds $100,000 each. The daughters will remain with the actress, and Urban is allowed to spend time with them "every other weekend."
Urban and Kidman also agreed that all property, including investments, bank accounts, household furniture, appliances, vehicles, and personal belongings, would be divided by mutual agreement, with each party retaining what was currently in its possession.
In addition, all claims for compensation have been dismissed, and Kidman and Urban are now responsible for paying their own legal fees and costs.
At the same time, it remains unclear whether the former spouses had a prenuptial agreement.
In September 2025, it was reported that the Big Little Lies star and Urban were separating after 19 years of marriage. On September 30, the actress filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences" with her husband.
According to reports, the couple had been living separately since early summer 2025. Following their breakup, rumors circulated about Urban's romantic relationship with his guitarist, Maggie Boe. However, those close to the musicians denied this. Meanwhile, according to media reports, Kidman "didn't want to break up and tried to maintain her relationship" with her husband.
Urban and Kidman met at a social event in January 2005 and married a year later. It was his first marriage. Kidman had previously been married for 11 years to Tom Cruise, with whom she raised two adopted children. After their divorce, the children remained with Cruise.
