Rosary and lingerie: Kim Kardashian criticized for new D&GxSKIMS advertising campaign
Kim Kardashian has been criticised online after she posted photos from her new Skims campaign on Instagram*.
The TV star presented underwear created by Skims in collaboration with the Italian brand Dolce&Gabbana. In the pictures, she is captured in a white sports bra, lace tights and shorts. At the same time, Kim used rosary beads as jewelry, putting them on her neck - this is what outraged the public.
The star's followers began to leave indignant comments under the publication, here are just a few of them: “There is nothing sacred about you, so take off your rosary”, “Are you going to mock other religions too?”, “Why does she always wear a cross when she is almost naked?”
Kardashian has not yet responded to the criticism. However, this is not the first time she has been criticized for something like this. Recently, the 44-year-old TV star came to a gala at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in a dress with a neckline all the way to the waist and a pearl necklace with a cross pendant that used to belong to Princess Diana. At that time, many also did not like that she was “combining the incompatible” and at the same time denigrating the name of the English princess.
The collaboration between Kim Kardashian's brand and Dolce & Gabbana went on sale on November 19. To mark the occasion, the reality star dedicated another bright photo shoot inspired by dolce vita and famous Italian film stars, including Sophia Loren. In that campaign, she starred together with her 45-year-old sister, Kourtney.
