Vladislav Bakalchuk filed a lawsuit against Wildberries and his ex-wife for 350 billion rubles
Wildberries co-founder Vladislav Bakalchuk has filed a lawsuit for more than 350 billion rubles against his ex-wife Tatyana Kim (she changed her last name after the divorce), Wildberries LLC, and RVB LLC (the merged company of Wildberries and Russ). This was reported by Forbes.
Bakalchuk demands that the transactions for the transfer of Wildberries assets be declared invalid, since they were made "with a colossal number of violations." He estimated the warehouses, trucks, logistics facilities, the Wildberries bank and its assets, as well as intangible assets, trademarks, software and the website at 350 billion rubles.
"Is it advisable? Is it profitable for the company? Of course not," he said. Earlier, he wrote about the lawsuit on his Telegram channel. "No matter how much someone would like to rewrite history, the fact remains: Tatyana and I are still married, and no marriage contract was ever concluded between us. Once again, in all caps. NO MARRIAGE CONTRACT WAS NEVER CONCLUDED BETWEEN US (spelling and punctuation of the author preserved. — Ed.)," he wrote.
Tatyana herself this week Tatyana Bakalchuk announced the completion of the restructuring of Wildberries and Russ, which had previously caused a conflict with her ex-husband Vladislav Bakalchuk. She also spoke about the shooting in the Wildberries office and expressed hope that those responsible would be punished.
Recall that Vladislav Bakalchuk believes that Tatyana was influenced by the owners of the Russ company, the Mirzoyan brothers, and claims that, although the company was listed in Tatyana's name, he actually managed it all these years, and now they are trying to remove him from the business. In response to this, Tatyana stated that it was she who came up with the idea for the business and launched the company.
