"There was never any prenuptial agreement between us." Vladislav Bakalchuk said he filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife
Vladislav Bakalchuk announced in his Telegram channel that he filed a lawsuit in the Savyolovsky Court of Moscow against his ex-wife Tatyana (she had previously returned to her maiden name Kim) and OOO RVB with the demand to "declare the transaction to transfer the Wildberries domain null and void."
"No matter how much someone would like to rewrite history, the fact remains: Tatyana and I are still married, and no prenuptial agreement was ever concluded between us. Once again, in all caps. NO PRENUPTIAL CONTRACT WAS NEVER CONCLUDED BETWEEN US," he wrote.
He stated that the domain is worth at least $3 million, and he regards the decision to transfer it as a desire to reduce the size of jointly acquired property. "We have been building Wildberries together for almost two decades, and I do not intend to allow someone to simply appropriate the fruits of these labors. I am determined to return the domain to our joint ownership, because it is one of the symbols of the company and its most important asset."
He stated that he considered the deal absurd and noted that the domain "was removed from joint ownership" without his consent. "I have said many times that Wildberries has always been our joint business, and registering anything in the name of one person did not matter as long as we worked together. The domain name, which was registered to Tatyana from the very beginning, suddenly ended up in the possession of RVB LLC. Having studied the legal documents, we found out that the transfer of the domain to RVB LLC is an absurd transaction that contradicts all principles of the law and common sense. The domain was removed from our joint ownership without my consent and will."
Earlier, Tatyana Bakalchuk announced the completion of the restructuring of Wildberries and Russ, which had previously caused a conflict with her ex-husband Vladislav Bakalchuk. She also spoke about the shooting in the Wildberries office, which she called "outrageous," and expressed hope that those responsible would not go unpunished.
Vladislav Bakalchuk believes that Tatyana was influenced by the owners of the Russ company, the Mirzoyan brothers, and claims that although the company was listed in Tatyana's name, he actually managed it all these years, and now they are trying to remove him from the business. Tatyana Bakalchuk thinks differently and emphasizes that it was she who came up with the idea for the business and launched the company. Now they are publicly sorting out their relationship: Vladislav Bakalchuk claims that he will fight to the end for what belongs to him.
