Paris Olympics Star Kim Yo Ji Lands Movie Role
The star of the Paris Olympics, South Korean athlete Kim Yo-ji, who was remembered for her stylish image during the shooting competition, has received her first role in a movie. She will play a hired killer in the South Korean mini-series Crush. This was reported by The Guardian.
Back in August, the 32-year-old athlete signed a contract with a South Korean talent agency.
At the Olympics, Kim took part in the air pistol shooting competition and won everyone over with her relaxed and calm attitude. "She needs to be in an action movie. No acting required," Elon Musk, owner of the X social network, noted about the girl.
Interestingly, Kim not only became a heroine of memes, but also managed to star in several advertising campaigns and photo shoots for magazines.
Earlier, the network also discussed a Turkish shooter named Yusuf Dikech who performed at the Olympics in a wrinkled T-shirt, without special equipment and with one hand in his pocket. He won a silver medal and immediately became a hero of memes.
