Bruce Willis' Daughter Rumer Has Split From Her Daughter's Father Derek Richard Thomas

Rumer Willis has confirmed her split from Derek Richard Thomas 16 months after the birth of their daughter Louetta, who was born in April 2023. Rumer shared the news on her Instagram*.

One of Rumer's followers asked her if she was still dating Derek or if they had broken up. Rumer replied that she was currently a single mom, but that she and Derek were raising Louetta together. According to her, her daughter is the best thing in her life: "I am forever grateful that I had the time in this relationship to have her in my life."

Rumer and Vista Kicks frontman Derek Thomas' romance was first reported in November 2022. Back in March of this year, Rumer wrote on social media that she definitely wanted more children and was ready to get pregnant "right now."

Rumer's family is currently going through a difficult time: her father Bruce Willis was diagnosed with dementia, which forced him to end his career. Willis, 69, spends time with his family: he is cared for by his 46-year-old wife Emma Heming, three daughters from his ex-wife Demi Moore, and herself.
