Kate Middleton Appears in New Video, But All Everyone Is Talking About Is Prince William's 'Beard'
Kate Middleton, who was diagnosed with cancer, posted a rare video on Instagram*. In it, she and Prince William congratulated athletes after the Olympics. In the comments, many were surprised that Prince William was growing a beard.
In a short video, 42-year-old Kate Middleton addressed the athletes: "On behalf of all of us watching at home, congratulations to Team GB," while Prince William added: "You have been truly brilliant, you have inspired us all." The video also featured celebrities and athletes: Snoop Dogg, David Beckham and others. The caption to the publication read: "Well done Team GB, what an incredible journey! You have made us all so proud!"
Many in the comments noted that Kate Middleton looks great despite her battle with cancer, but most of all, subscribers were surprised by the appearance of Prince William, who began to grow a beard: "Prince William is really on vacation", "I had to watch it again to see Prince William's stubble", "Please keep growing a beard!", "Kate looks great, especially against the backdrop of William's stubble."
Let us recall that at the beginning of the year, Kate Middleton underwent abdominal surgery and after that disappeared from the public eye. This puzzled many, because before that she often appeared in public and performed many royal duties. This gave rise to several conspiracy theories: some believed that she fled the palace because of Prince William’s infidelity, some decided that she had plastic surgery, and some claimed that she was no longer alive. As a result, the princess had to release a video message in which she said that she had been diagnosed with cancer.
This is not the first case of cancer in the royal family: not long ago, cancer was diagnosed in King Charles III, as well as in Sarah Ferguson, the ex-wife of Prince Andrew.
