Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have officially put their Beverly Hills mansion, where they lived as a couple, up for sale. Until recently, the property was marked "not for sale" on a real estate website, but now everyone is invited to view the house. The house is worth $68 million. Apparently, 54-year-old Lopez and 51-year-old Ben have not been able to resolve their marital problems. 
They previously tried to "quietly" sell the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom mansion for $65 million, but were unable to find buyers and officially put the house up for sale.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, for whom this is already the second attempt to build a happy relationship (they already dated in the 2000s and were even going to get married, but broke off the engagement), have long been on the verge of divorce. They tried to save their marriage (with the participation of Affleck's ex-wife Jennifer Garner, who, according to insiders, is tired of it). Insiders, however, said the day before that Lopez and Affleck's marriage "fell apart several months ago" and they are no longer together. According to an insider close to the couple, the couple dotted all the i's back in March. In addition, fans of the singer noticed that she has lost a lot of weight recently, and decided that this could be due to worries about problems in the marriage. Ben, on the other hand, allegedly started drinking again against the backdrop of the divorce.
Lopez also reportedly doesn't like the fact that she is considered to be the one to blame for the breakup: for example, because Affleck was always sad in public around her, but after the breakup, on the contrary, he often smiles.
