Netizens were alarmed by the absence of photographs of her four-month-old daughter London on Paris Hilton's Instagram*. Like her older brother Phoenix, she was born through a surrogate mother. However, if Paris showed her son almost immediately after his birth, she and her husband Carter Reum are keeping their daughter away from the eyes of netizens for now: photographs of the girl have never been published. 
“Is it just me, or did she really have another child who is never photographed?” - users write under new photos of Paris and her son.
Carter Reum on Instagram* commented on the lack of photos of London, responding to a comment from one of his subscribers. "We're not quite ready to share her photos with the world, but she's adorable and looks just like her mom," he wrote. 
Paris Hilton often posts photos online in which she poses with Phoenix, which is why she faces criticism from fans. Some believe that Paris, who in her youth had a scandalous reputation as a party girl, became a mother only to be photographed with her son for social networks, but in fact she does not spend much time with her children and does not take them seriously. Suspicions were strengthened after Paris admitted in one interview that in the first year of her life she never changed her son’s diapers.
Another reason for criticism was the fact that Hilton did not give birth to children herself, but used the services of a surrogate mother: according to fans, she “buys children like dolls.” Paris herself explained this decision by saying that since adolescence she has suffered from panic attacks when visiting hospitals and doctors, and this could have a bad effect on the child.
Photos of Paris with her son also cause a lot of discussion: netizens commented on the shape of Phoenix's head and suspected that the baby had health problems. Paris, in response to suggestions to see a doctor, argued that Phoenix was completely healthy, just “he has a big brain.” Fans, however, noticed that after these discussions, Hilton almost always photographs the boy with a headdress: they assume that this is to hide the shape of the head and avoid further criticism.
