Kate Middleton is worried that an edited photo of her with her children, which was published on the occasion of Mother's Day, has raised new suspicions about her: to the point that the Princess of Wales is no longer alive. Kate claims she "just wanted to look better" in the photo and is now "terribly worried." This was reported by the Telegraph with reference to royal insiders. They said that Kate decided to publicly admit that she used Photoshop because she believes that “honesty is the best policy.”
Kate Middleton's friend also told the Mirror that the Princess of Wales is "upset" by the numerous "conspiracy theories" that began after the publication of the "innocent family photo." 
However, in fact, these “conspiracy theories” began even before the scandalous publication of the photo, and the photo only added fuel to the fire. Discussions about the situation surrounding Kate Middleton began at the end of last year, when the royal family announced that Kate had undergone abdominal surgery, without disclosing details. Since Christmas, Kate Middleton has not appeared in public; there are no details about her state of health: representatives of the royal family do not comment on the situation, only noting that the Princess of Wales is recovering.
There are many questions that users ask. First of all, everyone notes that Kate never disappeared from view for a long time, including after difficult pregnancies, and they fear that an operation that requires such a long recovery could be very serious. There were many versions about the consequences and true reasons for Kate’s “disappearance”: among them were plastic surgery, coma and even death. Many began to assume that it was not a matter of the operation at all, and they decided to “remove” Kate from the public sphere - for example, because of problems with her husband Prince William.

The network decided that this was an old cover photo and used it for a “new” family portrait, only slightly correcting the original frame. 
There were so many questions surrounding this photo that rumors about Kate's health began to circulate with renewed vigor. According to one version, she underwent surgery to remove the uterus; according to other assumptions, she underwent Nissen anti-reflux surgery due to very difficult pregnancies in the past, in which Kate suffered from toxicosis. In addition, there is gossip online that toxicosis, in turn, was a consequence of bulimia, as Kate sought to maintain a slim figure.
