A TikToker who talked about a perfect relationship with his girlfriend was accused of murdering her.
TikToker Matheus Johannes, who, together with his girlfriend, talked about their ideal relationship and monetized this content, was accused of murdering his lover. 22-year-old Claudia Cambanza was found stabbed and taken to the hospital, but she could not be saved.
What exactly happened between them is not known, but 28-year-old Johannes will soon have to appear before the Royal Court of Kingston upon Hull in the UK, where the TikTokers moved from Namibia. Johannes is accused of murder and possession of a bladed weapon.
Claudia's loved ones are grieving the loss. "Claudia was a kind, funny and helpful person who was not afraid of challenges and always wanted the best for other people. She loved to cook and host," they said in a statement they posted on social media.
TikTokers demonstrated their beautiful relationship in every detail in their videos. For example, Claudia often posted videos of huge bouquets of flowers wrapped in banknotes, boasted of expensive gifts from her boyfriend, and showed a bedroom strewn with rose petals. Although they did not have many subscribers, their videos received a lot of views, and Western tabloids drew attention to the resonant situation.
The couple, however, also had content of a different format. For example, they filmed videos with pranks: they offered people to choose whatever they wanted in a store in a minute, promising to pay for the purchases, but in the end they ended up paying.
