Kim Kardashian will produce a series about Elizabeth Taylor and star in it herself
Kim Kardashian will produce and star in a documentary series about the life of Elizabeth Taylor for the BBC. This was reported by Variety.
The project, titled "Elizabeth Taylor: Rebel Superstar," will have three episodes and will be produced by production company Passion Pictures.
The series will explore Elizabeth Taylor's mesmerizing acting technique and how the actress "broke through the glass ceiling" in Hollywood before becoming a billion-dollar businesswoman, activist and human rights activist.
"Elizabeth Taylor was herself, an uncompromising fighter. She is proof that you can continue to evolve and change and have different chapters in your life - and she paved that path for all of us who came after her," Kim Kardashian said.
The series will also feature Joan Collins, who famously competed for the role of Cleopatra, her classmate Margaret O'Brien, close friend Carole Bayer Sager, and Dr. Anthony Fauci, who worked with Taylor in the fight against AIDS.
Previously, Kim Kardashian starred in the new season of the series “American Horror Story,” which many viewers did not like. Others rated Kim’s performance, who took acting lessons specifically for this purpose, as good. She also has several more film works ahead.
