56-year-old Pamela Anderson without makeup starred in a commercial for washing powder
Pamela Anderson without makeup starred in a new ad for The Laundress, a company specializing in plant-based laundry products. The star of "Baywatch" shares the brand's philosophy, she has not eaten meat for many years and is an animal rights activist. In the caption of her Instagram post*, she told fans how she was able to turn a chore like laundry into a “self-care ritual.” The actress admitted that cleaning is accompanied by a cup of strong coffee and sometimes rose wine.
"I turn on music and just enjoy it. Cleaning can be fun. I love doing laundry and don't see laundry as a chore. I look at it as a chance to slow down and have a meditative experience,” says Pamela.
The commercial was filmed at the star's estate in her hometown of Vancouver. In the story, Anderson plays with a dog, hangs up washed clothes and throws stones into the water.
This isn't the first ad in which the former Playboy model has decided to go makeup-free. Lately, Pamela has been increasingly appearing at social events and glossy shoots in the most natural way possible. For example, Anderson also posed for the jewelry brand Pandora with a minimal amount of makeup. As for such a radical change in image, according to the actress, she did not plan to make any loud statement at all - on the contrary, she even doubted that anyone would notice it. She first decided to opt for naturalness during the filming of the TV show “Pamela’s Garden of Eden,” dedicated to the renovation of her grandmother’s house on the west coast of Canada.
This year, the star released her memoirs, “Love, Pamela.” and starred in the documentary "Pamela: A Love Story". In them, the actress spoke candidly about a number of traumatic events, including sexual assault and the scandal of a stolen sex tape.
