Donatella Versace has shared a batch of fresh photos on Instagram* amid rumors of new plastic surgery. They show the 69-year-old fashion designer on a trip to an animal shelter.
In the pictures, Versace poses with puppies and is surrounded by shelter workers in a brown long sleeve shirt and light cargo pants. Judging by the shots, Donatella continues to adhere to the new image that she demonstrated during her last public appearance.

The Internet noticed that she had changed and began to look much more natural. Commentators decided that Donatella had undergone new plastic surgery. Rumors appeared that the same surgeon who performed Lindsay Lohan's surgery was behind her transformation. However, some suspected that Versace was posting processed photos on social networks, since she does not look so youthful in journalists' photos.
