"Common sense is on our side." Vladislav Bakalchuk spoke about his divorce from Tatyana Kim after another hearing
Vladislav Bakalchuk told in his Telegram channel about what is currently happening in the case of his divorce from Tatyana Kim. According to the 47-year-old businessman, his defenders, unlike the lawyers of the CEO of Wildberries, have already provided the court with some important evidence.
"We have already provided the court with compelling evidence, and each new stage only strengthens our position," he said, attaching to the post a photo with his ex-wife from their child's christening.
Bakalchuk also accused the other side of PR. "It's amazing to watch how my opponents choose nothing instead of arguments. The Mirzoyans' lawyers and PR people (entrepreneurs Robert and Levan Mirzoyan - Ed.) seem to be sure that it's enough to shout "stop thief" louder than anyone else for all their arguments to be accepted as the truth. But here's the paradox - the facts, documents and common sense are on our side," Bakalchuk said.
According to Bakalchuk, he himself is "seeking the truth" and assured that all his evidence is obtained honestly. According to the businessman, the next court hearing is scheduled for December 24.
Tatyana and Vladislav Bakalchuk were married for about 20 years, they have seven children. The couple's divorce became known last summer, at the same time the division of the multi-billion Wildberries began. Vladislav Bakalchuk says that his ex-wife is being manipulated, and that they are trying to seize the company. Tatyana claims that her husband simply cannot come to terms with their separation and is trying to take away her business. As a result, Tatyana removed her ex-husband from business, stating that his role in the company has always been insignificant.
After a public exchange of barbs, it came to a shootout in the Wildberries office, which left two people dead. Tatyana took back her maiden name. She often goes out and talks about how happy she is after breaking up with her husband, whom she accuses of domestic violence. Vladislav Bakalchuk, in turn, insists that the children stay with him. He asks to divide the jointly acquired property 50/50, as provided by law.
