"They made our childhood as normal as possible." Lily-Rose Depp spoke about her parents and her non-public brother Jack
Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis' daughter Lily-Rose Depp spoke to Interview about her famous parents and brother Jack, who doesn't go out in public.
Lily-Rose says that being in Nosferatu made her cool in her brother's eyes. "It's a classic situation: when you have a younger brother or sister, they think you're so cool when you're a kid. And then when you get older, you start thinking they're so cool. I'm like, 'Let's hang out!' And he's like, 'I'm busy.' But yeah, I think that movie gave me some points in his eyes."
She also spoke about her childhood, which her parents tried to make the best of despite their busy schedules. "I'm so grateful to them for making Jack and I have a normal childhood despite their lifestyle. I definitely want to have kids, and when the time comes, I'll bring them home. Although there were times when I thought, 'I just want to go to school with my friends,' now that I'm older, I'm so grateful."
She says Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis made their children feel at home everywhere they went. "I traveled a lot because my parents had to take me with them. But now I see the effort they put into making my brother and I feel comfortable outside the house."
Depp, who is often criticized as a nepo-baby, is best known for her role in the controversial series "Idol", which was criticized for its abundance of ridiculous sex scenes. Soon to be released is the horror film "Nosferatu", in which Lily-Rose plays the leading role.
