'She's not cut out to be a WAG': Jude Law's daughter splits with Liverpool footballer
Jude Law's daughter, 23-year-old Iris Law, has split from her boyfriend, 25-year-old Liverpool footballer Trent Alexander-Arnold. They were together for five months.
A source told The Sun they had a great summer together but now it's time to focus on their careers. "Life is about to get really busy for both of them, with Trent's schedule packed with games and Iris's work taking her all over the world," the source said.
He clarifies that Iris, who followed in her father's footsteps and also acts in films and works as a model, is not cut out to be a WAG (the name given to girlfriends and wives of athletes. - Ed.), and is "focused on her own success". At 17, Iris made her debut on the catwalk at a Burberry show, and later collaborated with fashion houses Miu Miu, Dior, Versace, and was photographed for magazines such as The Face and Interview.
Iris and Trent met in April this year, when they were working together on an advertising campaign for the brand Guess Jeans. Sparks flew between them and they exchanged contacts, and later their followers noticed that they liked each other on Instagram*. Their romance was soon confirmed when they were spotted out and about together.
