Kim and Kourtney Kardashian slammed for 'disrespect' on Father's Day
International Father's Day was celebrated the day before, and many celebrities congratulated their parents and spouses (even if they have not been together for many years). However, Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney faced public wrath on this day.
Kim Kardashian did not congratulate the father of her four children, Kanye West, on the holiday - although, as tabloids note, she congratulated him publicly back in 2021, when they were no longer together. Some Western media outlets suggested that this was due to Kanye's recent outing with Bianca Censori: in Japan, he visited a restaurant with his half-naked wife.
Kourtney Kardashian faced criticism for another reason: she posted a congratulatory message to her husband Travis Barker, with whom she has a son, Rocky. On Instagram*, the reality star wrote that "having a family with him is heaven." However, she ignored the father of her eldest children, Scott Disick. Disick and Kardashian have three children: sons Mason and Reign, and daughter Penelope. Kourtney's followers condemned her.
"What about Disick? Where are the words of congratulations to the father of 75% of your children?", "I think it is very disrespectful that you did not congratulate Scott. He is the father of your three other children in case you forgot about him and them." ,” users write.
But their mother Kris Jenner did not forget anyone: in her congratulations on Father’s Day, she mentioned Travis Scott (Kylie Jenner’s ex-boyfriend and father of her two children), Tristan Thompson (Khloe Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, with whom she has two children), Kylie’s father and Kendall, ex-husband Robert Kardashian, Travis Barker and Scott Disick.
In addition to Kanye West and Scott Disick, Brad Pitt, who has six children, was also left without congratulations. However, due to the conflict with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie, he does not communicate with his children, and his two biological daughters have refused his last name.
