At the concert, North played the role of Simba, after which she faced criticism: the audience said that the 10-year-old daughter of Kim and Kanye West could neither sing nor dance, went on stage unprepared and generally took the role from more talented children thanks to her parents’ connections.

43-year-old Kim, apparently, decided to support North amid criticism and published photos in a huge yellow fluffy jumpsuit, which was almost a copy of her daughter’s stage costume. However, the result was the opposite: the network decided that Kardashian decided to push her daughter into the background and draw attention to herself.

“Why can’t she ever let anyone enjoy the moment of her popularity? She always wants to surpass the original,” writes one of the subscribers, apparently hinting at Kim’s attempt to repeat the image of Kanye West’s wife Bianca Censori. At that time, many also decided that Kardashian was not ready to come to terms with the fact that Bianca received more public attention.

“Perhaps she took a photo in her daughter’s outfit to remind her that her performance was just a PR stunt,” another user noted.

Many users were unhappy with the wave of hate that hit the 10-year-old child. At the same time, the performance was not the first for North: she had already appeared on stage with her father Kanye West. In an interview, North also stated that she wants to be a star and follow in the footsteps of her parents.
