"Offered sex on his birthday." Kanye West responds to former assistant's accusations of harassment
The day before, Kanye West's former assistant Lauren Pisciotta accused him of sexual harassment. The musician responded to the accusations and prepared a counterclaim, which claims that he was the victim of his employee.
West's lawyers said in a statement to Page Six that Pisciotta herself stalked the artist and tried to seduce him "in order to extort work and other material benefits." And when “her advances were rejected,” she turned to blackmail.
"In response to these unfounded allegations, Kanye will file a lawsuit against Lauren Pisciotta," the statement said. "Prior to her dismissal as an assistant, Pisciotta stole his cell phone in an attempt to destroy phone records that would contradict her claims. All of them were saved."
Lawyers say Lauren, who is also an OnlyFans model, was fired for lack of qualifications, demanding unreasonable amounts of money (such as a $4 million annual salary), and other instances of her depraved and unreasonable behavior. All this is also documented by the rapper's team.
“Pishota offered Ye sex on his birthday, which he refused, sent him unsolicited nudes, sexual messages, and twerked in the office during working hours,” the lawyers add. She also allegedly bragged about "ejaculating on a football player while texting her boss."
Lawyers also note that 35-year-old Lauren repeatedly tried to seduce the 46-year-old rapper so that he would pay for her Hermes Birkin bags, Lamborghini car and plastic surgery. "After he rejected his advances, Pisciotta's blackmail claims dropped from $60 million last year to $50 million in a lawsuit filed last week."
West's team concluded its statement by saying the former employee's behavior appears "totally inconsistent with that of an individual who claims to have been sexually harassed or experienced a hostile work environment."
Lauren Pisciotta has filed a lawsuit against Kanye West for sexual harassment and wrongful termination, which is considered quite serious charges. She claims she was hired in July 2021 with a starting salary of $1 million on the condition that she must be available to the rapper at all times. Also that he allegedly offered her another $1 million if she would delete her OnlyFans page to become more “God-like,” but did not follow through on the promise.
In the lawsuit, she claims that the rapper sent her sexually suggestive messages, as well as videos of him having sex with models. She described several intimate incidents, including him allegedly masturbating while talking to her on the phone, locking her in a room with him and masturbating until she fell asleep. She was promoted to a $4 million salary in September 2022, but was allegedly wrongfully fired a month later.
