Meghan Markle visited a children's hospital in Los Angeles as part of the Make March Matter charity campaign, which helps raise funds for the hospital with the help of celebrities, businesses and the community. She read several fairy tales to the children.

Meghan Markle herself also became the author of a children's book - she released a collection called “The Bench,” which she began writing when Archie was only a month old. She dedicated her first poem to Prince Harry and her son.
