Jennifer Grey admitted that she did not want to star with Patrick Swayze in Dirty Dancing
Jennifer Grey, in an interview with The View, said that she did not want to star with Patrick Swayze in Dirty Dancing. Previously, the actors starred together in "Red Dawn" and working with Swayze left Gray with not the best impressions. According to her, he constantly made fun of her. Patrick was always making jokes about me and everyone else. He was acting macho, I just couldn't stand it. She didn't want to star with him in Dirty Dancing, despite Swayze's outstanding dancing skills.
However, during the screen test, Swayze apologized to Gray for his behavior. He told me, "I love you, I love you and I'm sorry," she recalled and added that tears came to his eyes.
The actress added that Swayze had a real natural charisma and said that the chemistry that arose between them at the auditions was the main component of the success of this film.
Earlier it became known that the actress will take part in the filming of the sequel "Dirty Dancing". There are no other details about the painting yet.
Patrick Swayze, known to viewers for the films "Ghost", "Dirty Dancing" and others, died in 2009 from pancreatic cancer.
